Suicideboys Tempe Concert reviews
Radioactive!
"Amazing show, missed tickets for Monday 3/7, but scored some for 3/5 in Seattle and so glad we did! First class Climate Pledge Arena (newly renovated Key Arena) was first! From basic concourses and amenities to seating, acoustics, etc, it was just a great refresh to a Seattle main-stay. Great experience. The show started off with some seat upgrades that made a tremendous difference in our experience. Show opener MØ was new to us, and a pleasant surprise to hear. We'll be digging into her music more. What a remarkable band, the Dragons! Each individually talented musician, and that was on full display. Combined synergy of the group and their creativity made for a completely immersive experience. Wonderful use of an UHD screen, with amazing story visuals, as well as innovative live visuals throughout the show, competing with the band for your attention. The band wins, the songs are a strong offering. Played live have even greater energy. Nice surprise arrangements on several songs (notably Shots, Radioactive, I Bet My Life, to name some standouts). Very strong setlist, moving naturally between new songs and hits. By the half-way point, we felt like we'd already received such a great show. Energy was high, and audience engagement was strong. Finally, the sound itself was first rate - maybe the best arena sound I've experienced. Perfectly balanced and very clear, yet still loud and powerful. Hats off to the sound engineers for crafting such a sonically excellent experience. This was a great show, and I hope very much we will see the Dragons again in Seattle soon!"
